At 232 Music Studios, we believe the greatest gift we can impart to our musicians is not only musical artistry and technical theory knowledge, but the ability to apply those talents with confidence and compassion and joy.
Music can be a powerful tool for developing individual leadership skill. The process of learning the piano teaches our students to set goals, persevere through challenges, creatively solve problems, increase focus, and a host of other character building attributes.
Our mission is to Grow Musicians Together – training well-rounded musicians, but more importantly well-rounded people. During each class, we discuss important character traits that are crucial for learning piano and also crucial for life!

Junior Leader Program
Students who have shown exceptional dedication to their musical growth and exemplify our Beyond the Bench characteristics are invited to step into the role of Junior Leader. These musicians assist in the classroom, teaching younger students and gaining valuable leadership experience.
